小水口森林公园景区位于小长山岛的最东端，占地面积1.2平方公里。该公园于2008年开工建设，总投资2500余万元,建有1000米下海栈道（其中玻璃栈道长30米）、荧光路500平方米,瞰海亭、梦圆亭、耕海亭、海上观光平台、柞林驿站、同心桥、林间步道、购物长廊、游客服务中心等。景区植木茂密，各种乔灌木达20多个品种，森林覆盖率达80%以上，富有天然氧吧之称。小水口森林公园于2014年被国家评定为AAA级景区，2015年被评为全国景区价格信得过景区,2017年被评为大连市最佳乡村旅游景点，2021年被评为大连乡村旅游最美目的地。目前景区已实现免费wifi全覆盖。
小水口森林公园景区分为小水口景区和列屿屏观景台两部分，其中，列屿屏观景台位于英杰村大架山，于2012年5月开始修建，工程投入120万元，建设了观景亭、休闲平台、上山步道、停车场等。欲上观景台游览，要先爬170米的栈道。为了游客的安全和体力考虑，栈道在修建时刻意为游客留出三处停歇拍照场所。登上“列屿屏观景台”即可明白“列屿屏”名字的由来——近到大长山岛、塞里岛、哈仙岛、蚆蛸岛，远至广鹿岛、獐子岛、大小耗子岛、海洋岛、石城岛、王家岛、海洋岛都在可视范围内。山光水色的交相呼应，日月光辉的交映融合，让这里成为了首屈一指的观景圣地。
进入景区内，与小水口景区隔海相望的是著名的明珠双坨风景区，直接闯入眼帘的是砂珠坨子，躲在砂珠坨子身后似乎羞于见人的是波螺坨子。砂珠坨子因其岸边的沙石如同珠子而得名，波螺坨子则得名于其周围海域盛产波螺；两座坨子的海拔分别为59.5米和53.9米，面积分别为0.25平方公里和0.18平方公里。在波螺坨子旁边,还有一个小波螺坨子，面积只有600平方米，海拔却有50.3米。但令人惊奇的是，这里有一道沙石岗联通着小水口和砂珠坨子，退大潮时人们可以从沙石岗上来往，有诗赞道：“小水口里大水急，湍流相对隆沙堤。明珠双坨镜中立，群岛缩影在此地。”
Xiaoshuikou Forest Park is situated at the easternmost tip of Xiaochangshan Island，a pearl of the Yellow Sea It comprises Sanhegou Mountain Park, Dajia Mountain, its coastal corridor, Shazhu islet, Boluo islet , and surrounding sea area. Covering a land area 1.2 square kilometers. Nestled between emerald mountains and the azure sea, the park features steep cliffs interwoven with diverse exotic rocks and reefs, unfolding a three-dimensional panorama of "a microcosm of archipelagos" for visitors. Here,visitors can experience the poetic imagery of "coral reefs arrayed like painted screens" described by Guo Moruo, while fourfold mysteries unveil the magical allure of the island. Twin islets whisper millennia-old tales of love; summer nights lights weave ethereal maritime illusions; and the Lieyuping Viewing Platform offers a panoramic view of scattered islands.
As a natural oxygen bar, Xiaoshuikou Forest Park serves as both an idyllic escape from urban clamor and a sanctuary for physical and spiritual rejuvenation. Since its investment and construction by Dalian Xiaochangshan Island Tourism Development Co., Ltd. in 2008, the scenic area has evolved into an new integrated eco-cultural tourism complex integrating leisure sports, cultural experience, ecological sightseeing, study tours, and spiritual healing.
